Outside, enjoy a lap pool, cabana, hot tub, outdoor dining area, babbling pond, four terraces, and a two-car garage, all crafted for relaxation and elegance.

Important Health and Safety Standards To meet Covid-19 standards, units remain unoccupied for 24 hours after checkout, allowing thorough cleaning and sanitization. Please note that between 24 to 48 hours may be required for re-cleaning between guest stays.

Respecting Our Neighborhood Origami Stays is committed to maintaining the quality of life in our exclusive neighborhoods. We do not allow "party houses" and require all guests to respect our ‘Rules & Regulations.’ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; violations will result in a $500 fine. Our homes and neighbors must be respected at all times. Excessive noise, parties, or disturbances will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

Behavior Guidelines and Rules Guests are expected to follow the rules below and ensure all visitors understand them:

• No smoking inside or cigarette littering
• Do not tamper with pool equipment or move furniture between rooms
• DJs, live bands, and loud music after 11 pm are prohibited outdoors
• Parties or additional guests require written consent
• Fireworks, roof jumping, and other disruptive behaviors are strictly forbidden
• Early check-ins and late check-outs require prior approval
• Ensure dishes are cleaned before checkout and avoid leaving trash on the premises

Luxurious and Spacious Sleeping Arrangements Villa Loggia’s six bedrooms offer exceptional comfort and include:

Additional accommodations include a convertible sofa bed in the game room, two inflatable twin beds, and a foldable baby crib/playpen.

Important Housekeeping Standards and Checkout Responsibilities Although a cleaning fee is included, guests are responsible for basic tidying before checkout, including:

• Washing or loading used dishes
• Disposing of leftover food, except for unopened canned goods
• Taking out all trash and placing it curbside or in dumpsters
• Ensuring all doors and windows are locked for security Please remember to check for all personal items, as Origami Stays cannot guarantee retrieval or shipment of any left-behind items.

Minimum Stay and Contract Details Villa Loggia has a 3-night minimum stay. All pricing and availability are confirmed upon finalized contracts. Any guest listed on the contract is responsible for following all terms, ensuring guests adhere to the ‘Rules & Regulations,’ and maintaining the property in excellent condition.
